When we first came to See pines on vacation in 1969, there was not even an exit from I-95 and 278 was a two-lane road and quite rural. Our first rental was the Happ Home on Piping Plover,  a dirt ocean-oriented road. Our treasured island has come a long way and become a worldwide favorite to many visitors that now call Hilton Head their home or home away from home as a second home. I am privileged to work in an industry where I get to help interested parties navigate through the plethora of decisions when making the transition to the island.
