First, I grew up on Hilton Head Island. The daughter of Swiss parents, I moved here when I was a small child. Growing up on this fabulous island gave me the unrivaled opportunity of experiencing firsthand everything that makes the area so great. From its amazing beaches to its limitless things to do, Hilton Head Island has always been a special place to me. Every day, I am grateful my parents decided to settle here so many years ago.
Next, over the years as a real estate agent on Hilton Head, and a resident of Sea Pines, I have seen, and sold, just about every kind of single-family home, villa, condo, townhouse and land available here. I’ve worked with families and couples ready for a lifestyle change; retired couples and singles who want to live close to golf, tennis, water sports and the beach; investors who want to create a strong rental stream with dependable rental income; and over the years, people from across the world who have heard that Hilton Head Island is one of the top island locations in the US.
But, the main reason I believe I am the right Hilton Head real estate agent for you, is because I consider the home-buyers and sellers I work with neighbors. Neighbors who are as passionate about the area as I am. They appreciate the moderate weather here that makes it possible to spend more time outside than inside. They value our history and beautiful natural setting that provide the backdrop, and foundation of our unlimited cultural activities and events. They enjoy that we offer some of the most impressive beaches, forest preserves, and marshlands in the State of South Carolina. And, they know our golf courses, tennis facilities, marinas, bicycling trails, water activities, restaurants, and shopping are beyond compare. To the main reason, I would humbly add the word integrity, which is the fabric of how I live and breathe.
