I was able to visit some of these listings. First one I went to was 45 Gull Point Road. At first, with the sunken living room and how much had to be touched, I thought it is a teardown. However, the mill work on the home was first rate for its time. The rooms were large and bright. Great water view. Could be an interesting investment.

Next was 2 Cannon Row. Very cute and cozy and nice back yard with pool. The lot had ample space front and back but somewhat tight to its neighbors. There is a conceptual plan for a garage. Two main bedrooms on each floor and nicely appointed. 

9 Bald Eagle Road West was a rental and would make a great beach cottage. Closer walk to beach than 45 Gull Point but no water view. Did have a nice pool in front of home to hang out.

30 St. Andrews Place was a nice surprise. Right on the Harbor Town Golf Links course with a pool towards the front to give privacy. Cathedral ceilings and a nice cozy porch with fireplace. Upgraded kitchen and done on a higher level than many homes.

2 Bateau is charming home with southern style. Three rooms upstairs (one small and works as an office). Great location and has lots of potential to make a cozy home close to resort amenities. 

6 Beaver Lane is a newer home and close to the gate off Otter Road. Cul de sac.

169 Club Course is deep into the Club Course area so not optimal for avid bicyclers but nice neighborhood. Needs updating , same as 2 Bateau. I like location at Bateau better but curb appeal of this contemporary home so depends on buyer's preferences.

All in all we are getting some more inventories in the Sea Pines market overall. With a little bit of vision, one may get an exceptional home/location and but a little work into it to make it phenomenal. Great day for a Realtor Tour.
