Today is Wednesday October 21st, 2020 and this Central Tour is short and sweet.

Palmetto Dunes

We had 31 St. George Road in Palmetto Dunes. This one has been on before. Four bedroom, two and half bath for $910,000. The bathroom situation, not having a garage are the negatives. The positives are its proximity to beach, corner lot with lots of privacy on one side. Tough sell but good house, location and price.

 

Folly Field

1 Sand Dollar Road - three bedroom, two bath home for $2,800,000. This is close to the beach but right across the parking lot. The outside spaces are good but busy place and small upstairs. Seems a bit high for me.

There was a condo in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, namely 228 Admirals Row, a two-bedroom, two bath at $345,000. These are condo hotels that did poorly after the 08 recession but have bounced back nicely. 

 

That is it! We had a home in Port Royal but they took it off the tour last minute. Thought it sold but it was because of PIVOT meeting we had that day. Home is 10 Everglade Place, five bedroom and four bath for $1,700,000. I know the original long time owners since the late 90s and they sold it for a song not too long ago. Not sure a flip or if they changed their mind. From the photos not much was done by present owners so they may just be taking advantage of the market or had a change in life plans.
