WOW! We have definitely entered a listing surge on Hilton Head Island. I can't remember the last time we had this many properties to preview for our Realtor Tour. Please keep in mind traditionally properties had to be all day 9am to 5pm, some are now limited to hour, one and half-hour and two hour windows to see it, so I cannot logistically see them all, HOWEVER, if you are interested in any of these or anything else on the island, I will be happy to see it for you and give you my professional thoughts.
